Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
* Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely disbursement to all employees.
* Leave Management & Settlements: Administer and process employee leave requests, including calculating and settling final dues for resigned or terminated staff.
* Time & Attendance: Calculate and manage employee working hours, including the accurate computation of overtime pay in accordance with legal requirements.
* HRMS Administration: Utilize and maintain the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) for streamlined data management and payroll functions.
* End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB): Accurately calculate and process employee end-of-service benefits as mandated by local regulations.
* Legal Compliance: Maintain comprehensive working knowledge and ensure strict adherence to the Bahrain Labour Law.
