Key Responsibilities Execute marketing plans and support overall business objectives Conduct market research and develop effective marketing strategies Manage and maintain client relationships Oversee property and service-related marketing campaigns Prepare market and competitor analysis reports Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs Create engaging content including photography, videography, and editing for social media and promotional materials

Qualifications Experience in marketing planning and market research Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of sales and marketing processes Skills in photography, videography, and basic editing Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities Ability to work proactively and independently Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
