Key Responsibilities
Create educational and promotional content ideas for social media posts and short-form videos (reels).
Write captions in English and standard Arabic.
Research medical topics accurately to ensure credibility.
Plan and manage monthly social media calendars.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and photographers for content creation.
Assist in shoot preparation and concept development.
Generate content that aligns with the clinic or brand’s voice and healthcare guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, formats, and best practices.
Requirements
Experience in social media management or content creation.
Strong writing and creative skills.
Basic understanding of health and medical topics.
Proficiency in social media management platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, and Google.
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and videographers.
Awareness of current trends and content strategies across social media platforms.

Skills Test (Mandatory)
1. Monthly Content Plan
Create a 1-week Instagram content plan (posts + reels).
Include:
o 2 static posts
o 1 carousel
o 1 short-form reel
Provide caption ideas in English and standard Arabic.
Highlight how each post/reel aligns with current social media trends.
2. Caption Writing
Write 3 sample captions for medical/health topics.
Demonstrate creativity, clarity, and engagement potential.
3. Trend Awareness
Suggest 2 ideas for posts or reels based on current social media trends (e.g., popular formats, hashtags, or challenges suitable for healthcare content).
