Key Responsibilities
The Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Level 1 end-user IT issues, including account management and access problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral/device issues.
- Assist with new user onboarding and guide adoption of new technologies.
- Provide remote or in-person support using helpdesk tools.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in helpdesk or IT support.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
