Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Conduct professional and impartial employee investigations. Make informed decisions based on investigation outcomes and company policies. Strong knowledge of the Ministry of Labour regulations, penalties, and Bahrain Labour Law. Monitor attendance and prepare regular HR reports. Manage employee files and ensure all records are updated. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews. Oversee training, development programs, and annual performance evaluations. Handle employment contracts, renewals, and ensure compliance with internal policies and government requirements. Support a positive work environment and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Requirements: Bahraini nationality (female). Proven experience in HR, particularly in conducting investigations and making administrative decisions. Strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and related regulations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all organizational levels.
