Key Responsibilities
Develop visually impactful designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other collateral.
Create engaging digital content for the website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
Capture high-quality photos of hotel facilities, events, and activities; edit images to meet brand standards.
Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with print vendors when necessary.
Maintain and regularly update the library of visual assets, including photos, icons, and templates.
Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh creative ideas.
Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Attend hotel events, photo shoots, and activations to generate real-time and promotional content.
Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Proactively manage online content and the hotel’s presence across digital platforms.
Oversee social media activities, including posting content, responding to comments, and managing imagery.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Bahraini Nationality
2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work.
Experience in managing social media and producing digital and print marketing materials.
Excellent creative skills with the ability to develop unique and visually compelling concepts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams.
Proficiency in photography, photo editing, and videography is an advantage.
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements.
