Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new specialty coffee shops and cafés to the Beanz platform.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with café owners and decision-makers.
Clearly articulate Beanz’s value proposition and deliver tailored partnership proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and partner success.
Represent Beanz in the local coffee community, strengthening brand visibility and presence.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (F&B or tech platform experience is a plus).
Passion for coffee culture and strong knowledge of Bahrain’s specialty café scene.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
