Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for assigned product/service lines in alignment with management.
Lead and manage partner relationships to support business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channels and clients to expand sales.
Build and maintain a comprehensive customer/channel database and analyze performance data.
Conduct market research and customer visits to identify market requirements and business opportunities.
Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation through collection.
Track credit/payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions.
Achieve sales targets for the full product/service portfolio, focusing on long-term revenue growth and profitability.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
Monitor marketing programs and targeted activities, evaluate progress, and provide recommendations.
Represent and promote the company and its services across the region.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
