Key Responsibilities
Project Excellence & Delivery:
Ensure timely completion of all allocated project tasks.
Manage construction projects from conception through delivery.
Conduct in-depth reviews to schedule deliverables and estimate project costs.
Monitor onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Select, procure, and track tools, materials, and equipment.
Ensure all contractual obligations and performance benchmarks are met.
Track and review daily work progress.
Prepare internal and external reports on project status.
Anticipate potential issues and resolve emerging challenges promptly.
Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and secure required permits and licenses.
Identify, analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks.
Ensure construction quality standards and proper techniques are maintained.
Cost & Contract Management:
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Conduct cost analysis for repairs and maintenance projects.
Perform risk, value management, and cost control activities.
Provide recommendations on procurement strategies.
Analyze and prepare costings for tenders.
Provide guidance on contractual claims.
Prepare detailed progress and outcome reports.
Maintain awareness of current building contract standards and practices.
Design & Government Compliance:
Prepare 3D design presentations for brands.
Ensure full compliance with government health, safety, and building regulations.
