Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:HR Activities End-to-end recruitment support (job posting, screening, interview scheduling). Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records. Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities. Maintain and update employee database & HR files. Administrative Work Handle daily office administration and coordination. Manage office supplies, vendor follow-ups, and facility-related tasks. Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documentation. Invoice & Documentation Prepare and track invoices for clients. Coordinate with the accounts team for timely follow-ups and payments. Maintain proper documentation for bills, purchase orders, and financial files. Client Coordination Attend client meetings when required. Maintain professional communication and represent the company. Share updates, gather feedback, and support client-related tasks.
