Key Responsibilities

Design Consultation & Space Planning Aesthetic Advising: Conduct professional design consultations, guiding clients through furniture, fabric, accessory, and lighting selection to match their unique style and vision. Spatial Engineering: Provide expert advice on space planning, room layouts, furniture arrangements, and color schemes to optimize spatial utility and visual impact. Technical Support: Utilize basic design software to create conceptual layouts and visual combinations that bring design solutions to life for clients. Showroom Sales & Customer Experience Luxury Hospitality: Greet and assist walk-in showroom visitors, building immediate rapport and understanding their functional needs, space limitations, and budget constraints. Product Demonstration: Confidently present and demonstrate the features, artisanal quality, and benefits of our furniture and premium home decor collections. Revenue Optimization: Meet and exceed individual and showroom sales quotas by closing deals, upselling complementary lines, and cross-selling decor pieces. Operations & Administration Admin Governance: Execute essential administrative workflows, including compiling Point of Sale (POS) sales reports, managing basic financial entries, and organizing Microsoft Office documentation. Team Synergy: Work collaboratively under the supervision of the core design team while seamlessly coordinating operations with showroom floor staff.

Requirements

Education & Licensing Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related Fine Arts discipline. Mobility: Must possess a valid Bahrain driving license to facilitate smooth movement and client coordination. Experience & Technical Skills Tenure: 1 to 2 years of proven experience within an interior design, architectural, or premium home decor retail environment. Software Literacy: Foundational, working knowledge of design applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar rendering software. Administrative Tools: Comfortable handling basic accounting concepts, POS systems, and standard Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Word). Language & Interpersonal Competencies Linguistic Mastery: Dual fluency in both Arabic and English is a strict requirement to effectively serve our diverse clientele. Communication: Exceptional presentation and consultative sales skills, with a natural ability to translate technical design concepts into clear client benefits.
