Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and target high-value corporate B2B prospects across Bahrain's hospitality, retail, medical, F&B, manufacturing, and trading sectors.
Lead Architecture: Generate high-quality leads independently through direct networking, industry referrals, strategic cold outreach, and market intelligence.
Pitch & Proposal Creation: Craft and present highly tailored, persuasive business proposals that clearly articulate EDARA's value proposition and operational ROI to C-suite decision-makers.
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales funnel from initial qualification, through complex negotiation and pricing discussions, to the final signed retainer contract.
Client Relationship Cultivation: Maintain high-touch communication with won clients during the onboarding phase to foster retention and unlock future upselling opportunities.
Metrics & CRM Management: Meticulously track and report on pipeline activity, lead conversion rates, and revenue targets using modern CRM tools.
Brand Representation: Act as the primary corporate face of EDARA at major regional networking events, trade associations, and industry engagements.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within management consultancy, HR outsourcing, professional services, or corporate solutions.
Acquisition Track Record: A demonstrable, metric-driven history of direct client acquisition and closed B2B contracts.
Autonomy: Highly self-driven with the ability to operate independently without relying on an inbound sales team, corporate scaffolding, or micromanagement.
Network: An established professional network within Bahrain’s active business and corporate community.
Linguistic Skills: Total fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
Preferred Attributes
Domain Context: Prior experience in staffing, BPO, HR outsourcing, or selling retainer/subscription-based service contracts.
Regulatory Awareness: General familiarity with Bahrain’s Labour Law and LMRA/governmental compliance landscapes.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Certifications: Professional credentials such as an MBA, CIPD, SHRM, or Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designations.
