Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Yield OptimizationCapacity Monetization: Own and drive facility revenue targets, optimizing occupancy rates, revenue per available court-hour, and average booking values.Dynamic Pricing: Design and execute complex, demand-based dynamic pricing strategies (peak/off-peak, seasonal) to maximize yield without depressing total court utilization.Funnel Diagnostics: Map the end-to-end customer journey to minimize user drop-off, continuously running A/B experiments across landing pages and booking flows to boost conversion.Retention Engineering: Build high-leverage retention loops, including automated win-back workflows, referral mechanics, and premium membership models.Marketing Activation & Community ProgrammingChannel Governance: Manage omni-channel marketing budgets across paid social, search, CRM, email, and push notifications—consistently tracking $CAC$, $ROAS$, and contribution margin.Event Architecture: Design, launch, and measure the $ROI$ of a recurring events calendar, corporate packages, and competitive tournaments to aggressively fill off-peak hours.Local Partnerships: Cultivate strategic B2B relationships with local corporates, schools, and athletic communities to guarantee consistent B2B demand.AI, Automation & AnalyticsWorkflow Automation: Utilize cutting-edge AI and martech tools to automate content iteration, audience research, lead nurturing sequences, and performance tracking.Business Intelligence: Build and maintain cross-functional dashboards to track occupancy, lifetime value ($LTV$), and conversion; deliver clear, actionable reports to executive leadership.Team LeadershipTeam Scaling: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth marketing squad, establishing explicit KPIs, accountability frameworks, and a culture of experimentation.

Requirements

Experience & Domain Expertise Tenure: 4+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or revenue-centric marketing roles. Industry Background: Direct experience within marketplaces, consumer apps, hospitality, fitness, leisure, or capacity/occupancy-driven business models is highly preferred. Leadership Readiness: Demonstrated experience hiring and managing a team, or a definitive operational readiness to step into a high-stakes executive leadership role. Technical & Analytical Competencies Growth Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience managing performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok), CRM tools, lifecycle marketing infrastructure, and funnel analysis platforms. Data Literacy: Fluency with financial spreadsheets, A/B testing frameworks, and unit economics; experience with SQL or BI tools is a strong plus. AI Integration: Active proficiency using AI-driven automation workflows to strip out manual, repetitive marketing processes. Regional & Soft Skills Market Context: Knowledge of the GCC sports, fitness, or leisure landscape is a significant advantage. Linguistic Skills: Arabic language skills are highly advantageous for local market activation.
