IT Project Manager

End-to-End Delivery: Lead IT and digital projects across the entire lifecycle, from initial scoping and requirement gathering through to deployment and final delivery. Project Architecture: Define and manage project scope, detailed timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, and critical path dependencies. Cross-Functional Coordination: Synchronize efforts across diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring technical developers, infrastructure teams, and non-technical business units remain aligned. Vendor & Partner Governance: Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, and software implementation partners, ensuring they deliver on time and within budget. Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Proactively identify delivery challenges, technical bottlenecks, and project risks early, driving quick resolutions to keep projects on track. PMO Maturity: Support and improve internal project governance, standardization of documentation, and workflow optimization to help mature the organization's delivery capabilities. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate project velocity tracking using tools like Jira and MS Project, preparing clear status reports for senior executive leadership.

Experience & Certifications Tenure: 3 to 5 years of solid experience explicitly managing IT, technology, or digital transformation projects. Industry Background: Previous experience working within heavily regulated or service-led environments such as Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Telecoms, or Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly advantageous. Certifications: Possession of a PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is considered a major plus. Technical & Methodology Skills Methodology Literacy: Deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks, with the ability to apply hybrid approaches where necessary. Tech Stack Familiarity: Comfortable oversight of projects involving integrations, APIs, system migrations, SaaS platforms, and core infrastructure. Software Tools: Practical experience using industry-standard project tracking software including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. Soft Skills & Language Linguistic Skills: Arabic fluency is highly ideal for seamless communication across local and regional stakeholders. Problem Solving: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills, with a proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous technical environments.
