Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience Luxury Hospitality: Welcome and engage boutique visitors in a highly professional, courteous, and sophisticated manner aligned with luxury service standards. Target Achievement: Actively drive individual sales conversion rates and cross-selling initiatives to meet or exceed established store KPIs and financial targets. Consultative Selling: Dissect and understand unique customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations and premium after-sales support. Store Operations & Merchandising POS Precision: Process client transactions efficiently and securely using the Point of Sale (POS) system while adhering strictly to cash-handling protocols. Visual Standards: Maintain pristine store cleanliness and organize inventory layouts according to corporate visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal lookbooks. Inventory Governance: Support incoming shipment handling, product tagging, floor replenishment, and periodic stock audits to minimize loss or inventory discrepancies. Operational Readiness: Execute opening and closing procedures seamlessly while strictly following loss-prevention and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent secondary education credential. Experience: Previous retail sales experience is preferred; a background working within luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-end customer service is a significant advantage. Linguistic Skills: Dual fluency in Arabic and English is required to effectively serve our diverse local and international clientele. Competencies & Attributes Sales Mindset: Customer-focused with a natural ability to upsell, handle objections gracefully, and drive revenue.
