Electrician

Diagnostic & Repair: Use specialized test equipment to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components, identifying causes of breakdown and implementing immediate corrective actions. Installation & Upgrades: Execute the installation of conduits, new wiring, electrical points, and breakers to support facility upgrades and operational changes. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct rigorous daily inspections of all electrical connections to ensure 100% operational safety and prevent system failures. Emergency Response: Act as the primary responder for electrical emergencies, remaining available "on-call" during both working and non-working hours to ensure business continuity. Subcontractor Oversight: Provide technical guidance and supervision to external mechanical, civil, and electrical subcontractors to ensure their work meets Euro Motors' standards. Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), HSE regulations, and the official Quality Manual. Multi-Skilled Support: Assist with minor plumbing repairs and the physical shifting of company assets or furniture as required by the Admin Manager. Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of electrical faults and repair activities, providing regular reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Experience & Education Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a qualified Electrician, ideally within a corporate, industrial, or high-end retail environment. Education: Secondary school certificate (High School) or equivalent. A professional diploma or technical certification in electrical studies is highly preferred. Technical & Personal Skills Systems Mastery: Deep proficiency in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complex, large-scale electrical systems. Blueprint Literacy: Ability to accurately read and interpret technical diagrams, electrical blueprints, and schematics. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with a "fix-it-right-the-first-time" mindset. Reliability: High level of dependability to handle emergency calls and physical stamina to perform manual labor and asset shifting. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with Admin, HSE, and Maintenance departments.
