Feature Development: Build, optimize, and maintain high-performance components using React and Next.js. Technical Fundamentals Experience: 1–3 years of professional frontend development experience. Soft Skills & Tools Version Control: Comfortable using Git and GitHub for collaborative development. Attention to Detail: A sharp "eye" for UI/UX details, ensuring consistency and clean code architecture. Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn from senior mentors and keep pace with the evolving frontend landscape. Nice to Have Exposure to component libraries like Shadcn/UI, Radix, or MUI.
