Site Engineer

On-Site Execution: Manage and lead the day-to-day execution of specialized steel and tensile shade projects from foundation to final tensioning. Technical Supervision: Ensure all installation work strictly adheres to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and international standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact on-site for consultants, subcontractors, and internal project management teams. Quality & Safety Compliance: Monitor site progress rigorously, enforcing high-level safety protocols and quality control measures at every stage. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed daily and weekly site progress reports, including resource tracking and milestone updates. Problem Solving: Resolve on-site technical challenges and structural misalignments efficiently to keep projects on schedule.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience specifically in steel structures and tensile shade works. Technical Skills: Expert ability to read, interpret, and execute complex engineering and fabrication drawings. Language: Arabic speaking is mandatory for effective coordination with diverse local and regional teams. Industry Knowledge: Solid background in the fabrication and installation processes unique to tensile membranes and structural steel. Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to lead subcontractors and on-site labor effectively. Communication: Professional interpersonal skills to liaison with high-level consultants and project stakeholders.
