Education: A university degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related field, plus a PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience: Minimum of two years post-qualification teaching experience. Subject Expertise: Proven experience teaching Business and Economics across Key Stages 3–5 (Ages 11–18). Experience with the British curriculum (GCSE/A Level) and BTEC Level 3 is highly desirable. Technical Skills: High level of confidence in integrating ICT and digital tools into the classroom experience. Vetting: Must possess an enhanced disclosure from the DBS (or international equivalent) and a steadfast commitment to child safeguarding. Mindset: An open-minded, lifelong learner with high aspirations for students and a demonstrable passion for the subject matter.
