Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through aggressive lead pursuit and account management.
New Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify new market opportunities to expand the company’s customer footprint.
Account Growth: Maximize the value of existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Executive Negotiations: Lead and manage complex, high-stakes negotiations with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.

Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of carrying and exceeding a sales quota.
Sales Prowess: Demonstrable history of consistently over-achieving performance targets and KPIs.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the poise to present to high-level corporate audiences.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to adopt a consultative approach, focusing on problem-solving and value-based selling.
