Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation: Draft and prepare critical professional documents, including audit proposals, engagement letters, and financial deliverables; ensure all documents receive department-head approval and are properly archived on the server.
Logistics Coordination: Organize the daily dispatch of documents; manage the drivers' schedules to ensure all items received before 10:00 AM are delivered promptly.
Chain of Custody: Attach transmittal sheets to all deliveries, record confirmations, and maintain a detailed deliveries logbook to ensure 100% traceability.
Operational Reporting: Provide daily updates by 5:00 PM to Managers and support staff regarding any undelivered or uncollected documents, including specific reasons for delays.
Financial Filing: Maintain accurate records by filing engagement letters, invoices, cheque copies, and receipts within the appropriate client files.
File Management: Monitor the movement of physical client files via a tracking log, ensure all folders are complete and up-to-date, and manage the digital organization of client folders on the server.
Archiving: Oversee the proper storage, arrangement, and retrieval of archived files to meet compliance and audit standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
Linguistic Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English (Mandatory).

Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Sharp attention to detail, particularly regarding document accuracy and filing.
