Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach: Lead and execute comprehensive B2B outreach efforts to identify and qualify high-value business development opportunities. Partnership Building: Proactively build, nurture, and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and corporate clients. Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry shifts and potential areas for firm expansion. Campaign Development: Design and deploy customized outreach campaigns tailored to the specific needs of the Middle Eastern corporate landscape. Proposal Crafting: Create high-impact, customized business proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the firm’s value proposition in Risk & Resilience and Operational Excellence. Client Liaison: Act as the strategic link between clients and internal consulting teams to ensure client acquisition and retention goals are met. CRM Management: Utilize B2B sales software and CRM tools to maintain organized data and provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered a significant advantage. Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Market Research. Proven track record in B2B Business Development or Client Relationship Management. Core Skills: Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Competitive Analysis. Strong command of B2B outreach methodologies and proposal development. Expertise in CRM tools and modern sales software. Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Bahrain and able to work on-site in Manama. Industry Context: Experience in management consulting or professional services is a major plus.
