Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and digital partners.
Plan and execute influencer collaborations aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
Monitor media trends, emerging platforms, and partnership opportunities to maximize brand visibility.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across influencer content.
Develop and manage CSR initiatives that reflect the company’s values and deliver measurable community impact.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to support sustainable CSR programs.
Coordinate CSR communication campaigns, ensuring proper documentation, storytelling, and media coverage.
Track and analyze influencer and CSR performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, social impact).
Prepare reports and actionable insights to guide future decision-making and strategy refinement.
Work closely with Brand Communications, Marketing, and PR teams to align influencer and CSR strategies with overall brand objectives.
Support sponsorship and PR activities when influencer or CSR elements are involved.
Ensure all initiatives adhere to company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain alignment with Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) requirements.
Requirements
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, CSR, or digital communications.
Proven track record in managing influencer relationships or executing CSR programs.
Experience working with agencies or external partners is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital engagement strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking.
