Key Responsibilities

Patient Engagement: Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Inquiry Management: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; handle patient inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional telephone etiquette. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage complex appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and real-time calendar updates to optimize clinic flow. Insurance Processing: Handle insurance-related applications and documentation with high accuracy to facilitate seamless billing and patient care. Administrative Support: Maintain organized electronic and paper files, manage data entry, and assist with report preparation and correspondence. Office Logistics: Monitor office supply levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment; ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable. Team Liaison: Support management with internal communications, meeting organization, and general office activities.

Requirements

Experience: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist role (Preferred). At least 1 year of specific experience in the medical field (Preferred). 1 year of experience processing medical insurance applications (Preferred). Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic office hardware. Organizational Ability: Exceptional multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Professionalism: A professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a strict commitment to patient confidentiality and data privacy.
