Key Responsibilities
Outbound Engagement: Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients across various industries to introduce and promote our service lines.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring prospects are a strategic match for our company offerings.
Prospect Research: Utilize online tools and market research to build a robust database of potential clients, companies, and key decision-makers.
CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in data entry, ensuring all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses are up-to-date in the CRM system.
Inbound Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries with a sales-oriented mindset, converting interest into qualified opportunities.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets and activity KPIs as defined by the sales management team.
Campaign Support: Execute targeted outreach for specific marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and sales blitzes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in a call center, telesales, or B2B sales environment.
Linguistic Skills: Strong command of both English and Arabic (verbal and written) is essential for effectively engaging our diverse client base.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and standard office software.
Resilience: A thick skin and a positive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional persuasion and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
