Merchandising & Organization: Ensure all shelves in your assigned section are properly stocked, clean, and neatly arranged according to store standards. Inventory Integrity: Regularly check product expiry dates and implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to rotate stock effectively. Price Accuracy: Monitor and update pricing labels to ensure they are current, visible, and match the store's system. Stock Coordination: Assist with receiving and unpacking new shipments; collaborate with supervisors to report stock shortages and identify high-demand items. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness standards in your section and follow all company safety guidelines to ensure a secure shopping environment. Promotional Support: Set up and maintain displays for in-store offers and seasonal promotions to drive sales.

Experience: Previous experience in retail or a supermarket environment is preferred but not mandatory for a quick learner. Communication Skills: Polite and professional manner with the ability to assist diverse customer groups. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of unpacking and arranging stock. Attention to Detail: Sharp focus on expiry dates, pricing accuracy, and shelf organization. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team in a high-traffic setting. Language: Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus for customer interaction.
