Key Responsibilities

Government Relations & Public Relations (PRO): Lead all processes involving Bahraini government entities, specifically: LMRA: Visas, work permits, and monthly renewals. Sijilat & NBR: CR renewals and VAT/Tax compliance. GOSI, EWA, & Tamkeen: Managing social insurance, utility accounts, and support programs. Contract & Lease Management: Oversee the lifecycle of all company agreements, including the renewal of branch lease/rent agreements and vendor service contracts. Legal Coordination: Manage and track company legal cases, acting as the bridge between management, external lawyers, and judicial authorities. Fleet Management: Supervise the company’s vehicle portfolio, ensuring all registrations, insurance renewals, and maintenance schedules are documented and up to date. Compliance & Records: Conduct regular audits of administrative files to ensure full alignment with Bahraini Labor Law and regulatory requirements. Strategic Support: Provide management with comprehensive reports on administrative performance and lead the planning for future operational efficiency.

Requirements

Nationality: Bahraini National (Strictly Mandatory). Experience: Proven professional experience in a senior administrative or Government Relations (GR) role within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Regulatory Expertise: In-depth, current knowledge of Bahraini government systems (Sijilat, LMRA, etc.) and labor laws. Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks for multiple companies or business units simultaneously. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Problem Solving: A strong ability to navigate bureaucratic hurdles and resolve legal or administrative issues independently.
