Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination: Manage executive schedules, book appointments, and facilitate smooth internal communication between departments.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare professional business reports and maintain highly organized digital and physical company records.
Financial Support: Handle essential accounting tasks, including invoicing, tracking company expenses, and conducting follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, clients, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and service execution.
Office Management: Oversee general administrative duties, ensuring the office runs efficiently on a daily basis.
Executive Assistance: Support management in tracking project priorities, following up on critical tasks, and managing daily business operations.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in office administration, project coordination, or a similar support role.
Accounting Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of basic accounting principles is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, professional email correspondence, and standard office management systems.
Core Competencies: * Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Mobility: Must be comfortable and eligible for periodic travel between Bahrain and Khobar (KSA) based on business requirements.
