Site Supervisor – Joinery Fixing

On-Site Leadership: Direct and supervise the daily activities of joinery fixing teams at client residences and project sites. Technical Compliance: Ensure every installation strictly follows approved shop drawings and meets established company quality benchmarks. Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous inspections at three critical stages: before the work begins, during the process, and upon final completion. Operational Synergy: Coordinate seamlessly with the factory, logistics, and project management teams to ensure materials arrive on time and sites are ready for installation. Team Performance: Monitor installation crews to maintain high levels of productivity and ensure superior workmanship. Problem Solving: Resolve technical on-site challenges immediately by providing practical, durable solutions. Client & Reporting: Maintain professional, transparent communication with clients and prepare detailed daily reports highlighting progress, risks, or potential delays. Safety Stewardship: Enforce strict adherence to site safety standards to protect the team and the client's property.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically in joinery installation supervision. Specialization: Deep expertise in residential joinery fixing, including wardrobes, kitchens, wall panels, and custom furniture. Technical Proficiency: Expert ability to read, interpret, and implement technical shop drawings. Quality Focus: A proven track record in high-end finishing standards and quality control procedures. Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and monitor specialized craftsmen. Communication: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor for client interactions. Licensing: A valid driving license is highly preferred for site-to-site travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple installation teams across different locations. Direct experience in customer-facing residential projects. Previous experience within GCC-based joinery companies is a significant advantage.
