Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the issuance of employment contracts and oversee the collection of all essential onboarding documentation.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily HR queries; support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes with fairness and integrity.
Culture & Engagement: Proactively promote a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives and internal culture-building activities.
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date employee records across both the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and physical filing systems.
Administrative Excellence: Prepare professional HR reports, official letters, and legal documentation; manage attendance, leave records, and general employee data.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure absolute alignment with local labor laws and internal company policies; provide essential support during HR-related audits and inspections.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in an HR operational or administrative role.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of local labor legislation and contemporary HR best practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Interpersonal Mastery: Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
Professional Ethics: A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative settings.
