Key Responsibilities

Whole-School Oversight: Direct academic planning and implementation across all divisions, ensuring a seamless transition from Kindergarten through Grade 12. Curriculum Alignment: Guarantee that all pedagogical activities strictly adhere to CBSE curriculum standards and the latest academic frameworks. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Academic Coordinators and Section Heads, fostering a culture of professional accountability. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular classroom observations and provide structured, actionable feedback to teaching staff to improve instructional delivery. Assessment Management: Lead the strategic planning of examinations and assessments, followed by a deep-dive analysis of academic results to identify areas for improvement. Compliance & Readiness: Ensure the school remains in a state of constant readiness for board inspections and regulatory audits by maintaining meticulous academic records. Professional Development: Identify training gaps and lead workshops to enhance staff competencies and track performance metrics. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior school leadership to develop long-term academic strategies and drive institutional success.

Requirements

Education: * Master’s Degree in a core academic subject (Preferred). Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is strictly mandatory. Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience, including specific experience at the CBSE Higher Secondary (Grades 11–12) level. Minimum 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role within a CBSE school environment (Required). Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of CBSE assessment systems, board requirements, and international pedagogical best practices. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze student performance data and implement data-driven academic interventions. Leadership Traits: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multi-level teams.
