Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for platforms like X, Instagram, and TikTok; engage professionally with the audience to foster community growth. Photography & Visual Production: Act as the lead for on-site documentation, providing professional-grade photography and video for all official visits and conferences. Digital Content Creation: Edit imagery and produce short-form video (Reels/Shorts), handling everything from sound design to final montage using the Adobe Creative Suite. Copywriting & PR: Draft creative, bilingual (Arabic/English) captions, press releases, and official statements; translate complex reports into accessible infographics. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor brand mentions and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports that analyze engagement and recommend improvements to our public image. Corporate Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to gather news data and ensure absolute brand consistency (visual and verbal) across all published materials.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field. Photography Mastery: Proficiency in using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional lighting techniques for event documentation. Software Expertise: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Core Competencies: * Exceptional brainstorming abilities for "out-of-the-box" engagement strategies. Strong organizational skills to manage strict content deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills for internal coordination and public relations. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to cover evening events or official weekend functions.
