Social Media Executive

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement growth-focused strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Content Excellence: Design, write, and publish high-quality, engaging content with a strong focus on professional Arabic and English messaging. Community Management: Act as the digital voice of the company by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Business Registrations: Manage the end-to-end registration and maintenance of company profiles on Tender portals and other government business platforms. Tamkeen Liaison: Lead the application processes for Tamkeen programs and similar business support initiatives, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Analytics & Reporting: Use social media tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and conversion.

Experience: Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, Executive, or in a similar role involving digital marketing. Language: Strong command of Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred to ensure authentic local engagement. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic content creation software. Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Tender website registrations and navigating Bahraini administrative processes. Program Familiarity: Solid understanding of Tamkeen business support programs and application requirements. Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
