Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain high-value relationships with local clients and key regional stakeholders.
Commercial Documentation: Assist in the creation of professional proposals, high-impact presentations, and tailored commercial offers.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to track industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and anticipate customer needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the seamless execution and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
Deal Closure: Support the full negotiation lifecycle, ensuring persistent follow-ups to transition prospects into successful partnerships.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or company formation services. Previous experience within the GCC market is considered a significant advantage.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a natural talent for building rapport.
Self-Management: Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict performance KPIs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
