Social Media Manager

Content Creation: Film and edit high-quality, engaging reels and videos of our products using tools like CapCut. Graphic Design: Use Canva to design eye-consuming promotional materials for new product launches, seasonal offers, and store announcements. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media marketing plan with a consistent upload schedule to maximize reach and engagement. Community Management: Actively respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) to ensure our fanbase feels acknowledged and valued. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of viral social media trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant for the Bahraini market. Reporting: Track engagement levels and provide insights into what content resonates best with our audience.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional social media management and 1 year of dedicated video/reel editing experience (Required). Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in editing and design platforms including CapCut, Canva, and preferably Adobe Suite. Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content strategy development. Communication: Excellent English writing skills with a flair for creating "crave-worthy" and engaging captions. Location & Eligibility: * Must be available for in-person work in Bahrain. Preference for candidates eligible for the Tamkeen National Employment Program. Education: Preferably a graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field. Portfolio: A link to a portfolio (website, Instagram handle, or PDF) showcasing previous work is mandatory.
