Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Purchasing: Assist in identifying and procuring goods and services that align with specific company requirements and quality standards.
Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders (POs), quotations, and invoices with high accuracy.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to track orders and ensure the timely delivery of all materials.
Market Analysis: Compare prices, technical specifications, and delivery timelines from multiple vendors to ensure the company receives the best value.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment activities to prevent operational delays.
Vendor & Contract Support: Support the evaluation of vendor performance and assist in the management of ongoing contracts.
Compliance & Records: Maintain meticulous procurement databases and documentation, ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and procedures.
Issue Resolution: Actively assist in resolving discrepancies related to orders, damaged deliveries, or supplier performance issues.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or a high-level administrative role.
Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of procurement processes and core supply chain principles.
Software Proficiency: High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) is a significant advantage.
