Application Specialist

Technical Support & Training: Provide specialist user support, including hands-on training, troubleshooting, and advanced application guidance for laboratory staff. Laboratory Quality & Validation: Support laboratories with critical validation, verification, and quality control (QC) processes to ensure diagnostic accuracy. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional ties with laboratory stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across Bahrain. Sales & Tender Support: Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical expertise during pre- and post-sales activities, delivering product demonstrations, and contributing technical input for tenders. Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve product complaints and application issues while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system. Business Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through deep workflow analysis and provide scientific support for clinical studies when required. Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the customer" by collecting and sharing feedback to drive continuous product and support improvements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a closely related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a medical laboratory environment with deep clinical diagnostics knowledge. Technical Expertise: Strong mastery of laboratory instrumentation, diagnostic methodologies, and complex workflows. Communication: Proficient in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Mobility: Flexibility to travel as required to support various sites. Availability: Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Bahrain.
