Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a specialized business development strategy that aligns with GCC insurance market trends and the firm’s long-term objectives.
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new institutional clients; manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers and represent the firm at major industry conferences and networking events.
Market Intelligence: Monitor regulatory shifts and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for service adaptation.
Proposals & Negotiation: Lead the creation of high-quality, tailored proposals and service agreements, managing complex contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with consulting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of promised services and refine offerings based on client feedback.
Performance Tracking: Achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets, maintaining rigorous records of all prospects and interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
Certification: Professional insurance certification (e.g., CII, CPCU) is required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven business development or sales experience specifically within the insurance sector.
Language: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (Mandatory).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the GCC insurance landscape, including local regulatory frameworks, market trends, and operational workflows.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Competencies: * Proven track record of revenue generation and closing deals with insurers, brokers, or loss adjusters.
Master-level negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a goal-oriented, self-motivated approach.
