QA/QC Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities

System Development: Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures in strict alignment with ISO9001 and FSC standards. Operational Oversight: Oversee comprehensive inspections (incoming materials, in-process, and final audits) across Joinery, Metal, Polishing, and Packaging departments. Digital Transformation: Implement and manage digital quality tracking systems, including real-time dashboards and barcode systems for reporting. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain all Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements as per the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP). Corrective Action: Control non-conforming products and lead the initiation of corrective actions and root-cause analysis. Strategic Reporting: Lead monthly operations meetings with stakeholders to analyze trends, present audit reports, and launch improvement initiatives. Team Leadership: Manage the QA/QC team and coordinate directly with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors. Talent Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and mentor future quality leaders.

Requirements

ducation: Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in QA/QC, specifically within manufacturing or high-end fit-out projects. Technical Standards: In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, FSC, and general industry regulatory standards. Digital Proficiency: Strong expertise in utilizing digital quality systems and advanced reporting tools. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex quality issues, and communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to translate customer feedback and audit data into actionable business improvement initiatives.
