Key Responsibilities
HR Operations: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date employee records in our HR databases.
Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment lifecycle by drafting job postings, screening potential candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
Lifecycle Management: Lead seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and manage all necessary documentation for offboarding.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR activities strictly adhere to local labor laws and internal company policies.
Payroll & Attendance: Assist in the coordination of monthly payroll and provide oversight for employee attendance tracking.
Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for staff inquiries, providing reliable HR support and maintaining positive workplace relations.
Development: Assist in the planning and execution of internal training and development initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in an HR role.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office and experience working with specialized HRIS systems.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies: * Strong foundational knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
Exceptional ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nationality Note: Preference will be given to Bahraini nationals.
