Key Responsibilities

Office Administration: Manage daily tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and professional correspondence; coordinate office supply procurement and inventory. Front-of-House: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls/emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members. Document Management: Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and letters to ensure high standards of accuracy. Calendar & Travel: Manage team schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle comprehensive travel arrangements and itineraries. Finance Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, including invoice processing and expense reporting, while liaising with the finance department. Real Estate Support: Administer leases and contracts, maintain client records, and conduct follow-ups with vendors and stakeholders. Event Logistics: Support the organization of site visits, client meetings, and corporate event logistics.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional administrative experience. (Real estate industry experience is a plus). Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Software: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Education: High school diploma required; a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage. Core Skills: * Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and professional negotiation abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure. Location/Work Status: Must have the right to work in the specified country and be available for in-person work.
