Key Responsibilities
HR Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in our HR databases.
Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
Lifecycle Management: Facilitate professional onboarding for new hires and handle all necessary offboarding procedures for departing staff.
Payroll & Leave: Support the coordination of monthly payroll and track employee leave entitlements and attendance.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR activities and company policies strictly adhere to the Bahrain Labor Law.
Documentation: Prepare official HR correspondence, including employment contracts, salary certificates, and internal reports.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for staff, addressing basic HR queries and fostering positive workplace relationships.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of HR experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Legal Knowledge: Strong, foundational knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law is essential.
Availability: Must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately (Mandatory).
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of organizational ability.
Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
