ACCOUNT MANAGER

Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage month-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger maintenance for both hotel and real estate units. Hospitality Revenue Oversight: Conduct daily revenue checks and reconcile data between Opera PMS, Micros POS, and core accounting systems; investigate all rebates and variances. Real Estate Financials: Oversee tenant invoicing, service charge tracking, and the reconciliation of lease-related income. Financial Controls: Prepare comprehensive bank, petty cash, and balance sheet reconciliations while ensuring constant audit readiness. Budgeting & Analysis: Support the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis to management. Systems Management: Act as the primary administrator for data integrity within SUN System and Tally, ensuring seamless integration between operations and finance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a mandatory/strong preference for hospitality backgrounds. Technical Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in: SUN System & Tally (Financial Accounting) Opera PMS & Micros POS (Hospitality Operations) Analytical Skills: Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex data reconciliation). Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in revenue auditing, night audit support, and lease income tracking. Soft Skills: High attention to detail, deadline-driven, and the ability to proactively collaborate across different departments.
