Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, including posting vacancies, sourcing candidates via job portals and social media, and conducting initial screenings.
Interview Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and departmental hiring managers.
Documentation & Offers: Prepare and issue formal job offers and employment contracts, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and professionally presented.
Onboarding: Lead the induction process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
Requirements
Candidate Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment records to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
Verification: Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications to maintain the integrity of the hiring process.
Role Definition: Collaborate with departments to develop and update job descriptions and specific hiring requirements.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities and employment contracts strictly adhere to company policies and regional labor laws.
