Key Responsibilities

Digital & Campaign Management: Execute digital marketing activities, manage performance-based campaigns, and maintain company websites and social media platforms for high engagement. Event Coordination: Organize high-profile marketing events, exhibitions, and "Test Drive" sessions for members of the press and influencers. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and ROI using social media tools, generating detailed performance reports and presentations for the Line Manager. Administrative Tasks: Manage department documentation, write purchase orders, and follow up with the Accounts department to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements

Public Relations: Build and maintain strong media relationships to ensure consistent coverage and handle social media crises or customer complaints professionally. Vendor & Agency Management: Coordinate with creative and PR agencies, as well as vendors, for the production and installation of marketing collateral like stickers and flyers. Logistics & Planning: Handle venue bookings and material orders for press events while preparing media plans as instructed by leadership. Asset Management: Maintain and update department databases and creative assets (brand libraries) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
