Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the sales administration staff, overseeing daily tasks and conducting regular performance reviews.
Process Supervision: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract generation, financial agreements, registration forms, and invoicing.
Data & Reporting: Maintain the integrity of the CRM system and prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency and provide better support to the frontline sales team.
Requirements
Internal Liaison: Act as the primary link between the sales department and the finance, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless workflow.
Inventory & Stock: Monitor vehicle inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock availability.
Customer Resolution: Handle escalated administrative enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all documentation is accurate and fully complies with company standards and Bahraini automotive regulations.
