Key Responsibilities
Content Production: Plan, film, and edit all visual and video content (Reels, TikToks, stories) ensuring it aligns with specific brand guidelines.
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive monthly content calendars and detailed shooting schedules to maintain a consistent online presence.
Pre-Production: Create storyboards, write scripts, and manage all logistics for upcoming video and photoshoots.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Chefs and Restaurant Managers to ensure creative content supports operational goals and menu highlights.
Requirements
Creative Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions, brief team members on project goals, and oversee the creative process from initial concept to final delivery.
Bilingual Communication: Utilize fluent Arabic and English skills to ensure all messaging is clear, culturally appropriate, and engaging for a diverse audience.
Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment, maintaining a high standard of detail across all formats.
Platform Management: Stay ahead of trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across the group's 32 outlets.
