Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and clear deliverables from third-party suppliers.
Campaign Management: Launch promotional campaigns, loyalty schemes, and integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring all plans are documented and tracked
Requirements
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for product improvement.
Digital & Social Presence: Manage social media accounts and PR to increase engagement, build online reputation, and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
Customer Experience: Implement strategies to improve the in-store journey, boost "basket values," and foster relationships with local community organizations.
Reporting & Optimization: Produce monthly reports monitoring campaign impact and use research insights to guide the marketing team on future projects.
