Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy. Inventory Control: Record all stock transactions in inventory systems or logs and conduct regular physical stock counts to reconcile any differences. Storage Management: Organize and store items systematically using proper labeling, tagging, and categorization to prevent damage and ensure easy access. Documentation: Issue materials only against approved requisitions and maintain precise records of all stock movements.

Stock Monitoring: Constantly monitor stock levels to proactively report shortages, damages, or any discrepancies to management. Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with the procurement team and other departments to ensure stock requirements are met in a timely manner. Area Maintenance: Ensure the store area is consistently clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Policy Compliance: Strictly follow all company policies and established inventory control procedures to maintain operational integrity.
