Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Manage all administrative workflows to ensure the training center runs smoothly and professionally.
Professional Correspondence: Handle high-level communication, including emails, calls, and document preparation for internal and external stakeholders.
Learner Management: Support the full lifecycle of learner registration, documentation, and coordination between trainers and students.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare official letters, comprehensive reports, and accurate meeting minutes while maintaining a structured filing system.
Compliance Support: Assist in meeting the rigorous documentation and accreditation requirements of leading international awarding bodies.
Requirements
Education: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Certifications: Possession of an IELTS score or specialized professional administrative certifications is required.
Technical Skills: High level of organization and detail-orientation with a proficiency in handling professional documentation.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills capable of managing correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a "front-line" professional presence.
